Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

• All orders are sent on a nextday postage.

• Please notify us if your goods are not received within 5 working days.

• We endeavour to process all received orders within a 48 hour timeframe and dispatch goods within 72 hours.

• All orders are packaged and then dispatched using first class recorded delivery via Royal Mail.

• International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

• We can deliver anywhere in the world.

• If, for whatever reason, an order is delayed, we will let you know the estimated delivery date as well as keeping you regularly updated with progress.

• Please inform us as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable timeframe.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

• All items are packaged and sent in an Elements of Desire branded decorative Jewellery gift box unless otherwise stated.

• We promise that every single item is packed and wrapped with great care and attention.

• Every order will be charged a cost for postage and packaging, unless your order exceeds £110 (one hundred and ten pounds sterling) in which case the postage and packaging will be free.

• We understand there will be times where our packages and parcels may suffer damage while in the Royal Mail post system. In these circumstances, please don’t hesitate to call us to discuss the matter further and reach an agreement.

• To keep you updated on the progress of your order a confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of dispatch.

RETURNS

• You are under no obligation to make a purchase of any item that you don’t like or are not 100% completely happy with, for whatever reason. We offer a no questions asked 30 day full money back guarantee. Please note, that we are very sorry but due to hygiene reasons earrings can’t be refunded or exchanged, unless they are faulty. All items excluded from the 30 day guarantee are clearly marked with a †.

• If you would like to return any goods that you receive from us, we ask that you please contact us immediately, so we can then make arrangements for return and refund the purchase price to you as soon as the item/s have been safely received by us.

• All goods that you wish to send back must be re-wrapped and re-packaged carefully and securely.

• Please note, that you are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging on any goods you are returning to us.

• You will be immediately refunded in full upon receipt of returned goods.

• To qualify for a full refund the item/s need to be returned to Elements of Desire unused, with the Elements of Desire security tag still in place (where applicable).

• Goods that you intend to return to us, should be returned to us within 7 days of your notification to us.

• Faulty or damaged goods – If the items you receive are faulty or have suffered damage in the post, please contact us immediately so we can discuss the matter and reach a mutual agreement.
